Non-ionic Polyacrylamide

        The molecular chains of non-ionic polyacrylamide contain a certain number of polar groups. These rapidly adsorb suspended impurity particles within water, bridging between particles to form large flocs through sedimentation and coagulation. This ultimately achieves the purification of wastewater.
 

• Highly water-soluble. It dissolves completely even in cold water.
• Non-ionic polyacrylamide requires minimal dosage yet delivers significant flocculation effects.
• When used in conjunction with other inorganic flocculants (such as polyaluminium chloride, ferric sulphate polymer, iron salts, etc.), it achieves optimal purification results.
• It exhibits low corrosivity, posing no harm to water treatment facilities, and facilitates convenient and efficient purification operations.
• It demonstrates strong adaptability, being minimally affected by the pH value and temperature of wastewater.

        First, samples of the wastewater to be treated are taken. Laboratory analysis determines the optimal dosage of non-ionic polyacrylamide. Prior to purification, the polyacrylamide is thoroughly and uniformly stirred with tap water until dissolved into a solution. This solution is then added to the wastewater under continuous stirring to achieve purification. Observe the flocculants within the reaction tank. Once flocculation occurs, reduce the stirring speed. This facilitates the growth of flocs and accelerates their settling.
