Basic Aluminium Chloride

        Basic aluminium chloride Hydroxide is a water purification agent formed through refined polymerisation using industrial-grade aluminium slag, aluminium ash, and active bauxite as raw materials. It possesses the performance characteristics of polyaluminium chloride while also exhibiting the high reactivity advantages of activated carbon. Its appearance is predominantly black granular. It demonstrates exceptional purification efficacy particularly in industrial effluents, paper mill wastewater, and textile dyeing effluents. When employed as a flocculant, it consumes less alkalinity from the water than other inorganic coagulants, resulting in a significantly reduced pH during treatment. Notably, when treating high-concentration wastewater, it eliminates the need for additional alkaline adjuvants or flocculants. Its decolourisation performance is unmatched by other inorganic water treatment agents.

Basic Aluminium Chloride effectively eliminates bacteria, turbidity, odours, aluminium, oils, colour, chromium, nickel, fluoride, and removes heavy metal ions. It efficiently removes harmful substances such as radioactive particulate pollutants that significantly contaminate water.
Basic Aluminium Chloride demonstrates excellent efficacy in decolourisation for dyeing and papermaking processes, a capability unmatched by other water purification agents.
It exhibits rapid formation and exceptionally high sedimentation rates. Within reaction tanks, its settling time is notably brief. Compared to other agents, it enhances production capacity by one to threefold.

1. First, prepare the water purification equipment. Add solid Basic Aluminium Chloride to tap water for dilution, maintaining a concentration ratio of approximately 2% to 20%.
2. Prior to dosing Basic Aluminium Chloride, determine the optimal dosage through experimentation. A commonly used dosage is 15 grams of chemical per tonne of water.
3. Determine the most suitable dosage ratio based on the turbidity of water quality in different regions and the specific purification requirements of various industrial sectors.
4. Basic Aluminium Chloride has a shelf life of two years. It is best stored in a dry, well-ventilated area. Even if the chemical becomes damp, its water purification efficacy remains unaffected.

 

Precautions:

During transportation, do not co-load with other toxic or hazardous chemicals. This product is packaged in double-layered sealed bags. The inner layer comprises a polyethylene plastic bag free from any toxins, while the outer layer consists of a double-layer woven plastic sack. Each bag weighs 50 jin, commonly referred to as 25kg. The appearance and labelling of the woven sacks can be customised to your specifications. During storage, select a dry, well-ventilated location and avoid exposure to wind and sunlight. Do not store alongside other flammable, explosive, toxic, or hazardous chemicals, as this may compromise the performance of the aluminium chlorohydrate.
