Plate-and-frame Filter-Press Type Polyaluminium Chloride

This plate-and-frame type polyaluminium chloride dissolves readily in water. It exhibits strong adsorption and bridging properties. During the hydrolysis process in water purification, continuous physical and chemical transformations occur, including flocculation, chemical precipitation, and adsorption. 1. The dosage remains the most critical factor in ensuring efficacy. Dosage requirements vary significantly across different industrial sectors based on water quality. Typically, the dosage for polyaluminium chloride is approximately: 20-35 grams of solid agent per tonne of wastewater. Liquid agents range from 10-100 grams per tonne. Naturally, the optimal dosage should ideally be determined through laboratory testing to establish the most suitable application rate.

The dilution ratio must be determined experimentally based on the dosage and wastewater volume to establish the optimal proportion.
